Discovery is one of the hardest problems on any live platform — the content is constantly changing, and "trending" means something different every hour.
Our Discover page combines a few signals: active search across channels, category browsing for when you know roughly what you want, a trending section weighted toward current listener activity, and a recommended section that leans on what's popular within your Hub.
We built it as a fully interactive component so filtering and searching happen instantly, without full page reloads. It's also the first listener-facing piece of Trybestream built this way — a pattern we're extending to more of the listener experience going forward.
